    DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE Stay away from this place When I brought my car they did inspection on June 3 and they told me it was transfer case then they kept my car for 4 weeks and after that they told me that I have problem with transmission. They want to charge me another 8700 for that. I took my car and brought it to another mechanic, they did inspection and they told me that nothing in my car was ever change and that transfer case damage my transmission. Prestige said opposite that transmission will damage my transfer case and if I leave their property they do not give me warranty for transfer case no more. I brought my car first to them last year to fix transfer case and I had warranty. Last year after leaving my car with them for I believe a week and leaving their property on the same day my car stoped in the middle of the road I had to tow the car back to them. They told me that the transfer case was not good quality and they changed it again after keeping me car for another 2 or 3 weeks. I dropped almost 9k and this place last year. If my transmission damage the transfer case which is almost impossible any mechanic can confirm that why would they changed under warranty from last year at the first place without telling me anything about transmission ?!!! They my car for whole month without telling me about transmission and I kept asking them why it take them so long to fix transfer case. Do not bring your car here, they think if you are a women then they will take advantage of you. The worst experience ever.

    Superior customer service! I went in for a AAA warranty battery replacement after pretty much being turned away from another place closer to home. Although this job probably didn’t pay much, I was treated as if I was paying them millions for a repair. This service and treatment is a testament to their honesty and belief in making the customer’s experience unequivocally the best. Thank you for your prompt service and help in resolving this issue!
